Terms of Service

By downloading or using Muse AI (the “App”) you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Muse AI lets you restyle photos using AI. Results are generated automatically and may occasionally be inaccurate or unexpected. You are responsible for how you use and share generated images.

You keep ownership of the photos you upload and the edits you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to process your photos with our AI provider and store your creations for you. Do not upload content you don’t have the right to use, or content that is unlawful or harmful.

Some features require a paid subscription, billed through your App Store account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store settings.

You may not use the App to create content that is illegal, deceptive, or that violates the rights (including likeness rights) of others. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted in the App, and continued use means you accept the updated terms.
